Online Store Terms of Delivery (UPDATED 31.01.2026)
Flow Lashes Oy, Business ID 3173434-9 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to businesses and private individuals in Finland and across Europe. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT).

Exceptional opening hours are announced on Instagram and Facebook. Pickup orders are stored in the warehouse for 3 months. Uncollected orders will be discarded and are non-refundable. We send two email reminders for pickup. If you are unable to collect your order within the specified time, please notify us by email.
Ordering
Products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is submitted by paying for the shopping cart contents in the online store checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, and delivery costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.
The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through Visma Pay’s online service, and on bank statements and invoices, the payee appears as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay transfers payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information related to the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no external party can see the payment transaction information.
The purchase agreement is formed between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the purchase.

Payment Methods
Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Siirto, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Alisa Lasku.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payment in online stores in the application settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If charging the payment card fails, payment with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.
OP Invoice – A flexible way to pay for online purchases. Available to customers of all banks.
With OP Invoice, you can make purchases of up to €5,000 and pay them interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the invoice into several instalments.
Your purchases are visible in one place, making it easy to keep track of your spending. With the credit limit, you can keep your spending within your preferred limits. Invoices are conveniently sent to your email. In our online service, you can view information about your use of OP Invoice and the total amount of your purchases.
You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years old, financially capable, and have online banking credentials from a Finnish bank.

Klarna
Klarna Bank AB (publ), business ID 556737-0431, provides payment services that allow you to pay for your purchases flexibly. Klarna offers various payment options, such as invoice, installment payment, and direct payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by customer.
When using Klarna, Klarna processes your personal data to act as a payment intermediary and execute the payment transaction. Klarna is responsible for the contractual terms related to the payment transaction between the customer and Klarna.

Delivery
Orders are shipped on weekdays from Monday to Friday. The delivery time for products delivered from stock is typically 1–7 business days, depending on the delivery method you choose. Delivery times for shipments outside Finland are 3–14 business days, depending on the delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. Delivery costs are determined by the selected delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the online store checkout before final confirmation of the order.
If a product has been lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported without delay, but no later than 3 days after receipt, to the online store. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.
You can choose delivery via Posti or Matkahuolto.
Pickup from Matkahuolto parcel locker: Delivery to your selected Matkahuolto parcel locker typically within 1–2 business days from dispatch, also on Saturdays in larger cities. You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel is ready for pickup. The delivery is carbon neutral.
Pickup from Matkahuolto service point: Delivery to your selected Matkahuolto pickup point, such as a parcel locker, Matkahuolto office, K-Market, or R-kioski, typically within 1–2 business days from dispatch, also on Saturdays in larger cities. You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel is ready for pickup. The delivery is carbon neutral.
Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects, and Complaints
Before the order is shipped, the order can be cancelled by written notice via email to info@flowlashes.com.
The online store has statutory liability for defects in sold products. Always photograph the defective or damaged product and attach it to the complaint for processing. We do not accept verbal complaints. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service in writing at flowlashestukku@gmail.com.
Consumers have the right to submit any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.

Exchange and Return Terms
Consumer customers have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order.
Always contact us regarding returns by email at info@flowlashes.com to receive detailed instructions for the return. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred from the return. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return has been received and processed. Please include your name, contact information, and account number with the return for possible refund.
Business and professional customers:
Orders placed by business and professional customers are not subject to the 14-day right of return under consumer protection legislation. Returns for business customers are accepted only by separate agreement and on a case-by-case basis. Hygiene products do not have an exchange or return right unless the product is defective.
Issues During Delivery and Defective Products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged, or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must notify us immediately, and no later than 3 days after receiving the product, by email at flowlashestukku@gmail.com.
A package damaged during delivery must be immediately reported to the shipping company (Posti Oy or Matkahuolto), and the online store must also be contacted. We ask that you attach photos of the damaged packaging and product to the complaint.
If the customer fails to collect the package and it is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for all delivery and return costs incurred. Delivery costs are not refunded.
Other
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the delivery terms in effect at the time before placing an order.
Flow Lashes Oy processes all customer data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Customer information is not disclosed to third parties without a lawful basis.
The controller of the customer register is the owner of the online store. The purpose of the customer register is to process orders, manage customer relationships, and conduct marketing. Detailed information about the processing of personal data is provided in the online store’s privacy policy.
